Returns and Refund Policy
If you have any questions at all prior to purchase then please contact me before ordering at tashbraithwaite@live.co.uk
If you are not happy with your item and would like to return it please contact me in writing at tashbraithwaite@live.co.uk within five working days of delivery of the item, you must then return the item within fourteen working days of the delivery of your item,.
The item should be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received it, any returns should be made via a trackable postal service, please note that cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, refunds cannot be given for items lost in transit. Once I am able to confirm the returned item is unused and undamaged I can then issue the refund.
Occasionally items can get damaged while being shipped, if your order arrives and is damaged, please let me know on the day of delivery providing photos of damage to both the item and the external packaging I can then arrange to either send a replacement or issue a refund.
